Shipping Information

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment.

• Standard delivery usually takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location.

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrect address.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order! However, due to our store policy:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item you received is not the one you ordered, OR

  • The item arrived in damaged or very bad condition.

• If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at zeyndrsupp@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

If approved, we will:

• Send you a replacement item (if available), OR

• Provide a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for wrong or damaged items.

• Once your return is approved and processed, refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
